GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Sales as directed by Sales Manager

Interactions with the President, Senior Vice President, VP’s of: Quality, Production and Administration; Sales Operations Manager, Regulatory Manager, Physical Facilities Director; Director of Finance; Purchasing Manager, Administration staff and Technical Service staff

Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Travel to accounts, tradeshows and conferences approximately 30% of time
    • Complete customer sales call reports, travel itineraries and expense reports
  • Interact with customers daily (phone, email, face-to-face)
  • Grow respective sales territory annually
    • Research accounts and generate follow through sales leads
  • Attain weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly territory analyses
  • Learn product information and manufacturing procedures for the products we promote
  • Complete order handling steps from receipt to submission to administration for processing
  • Contribute to the team and successfully work with a diverse workforce and customer base
  • Production and purchasing forecasting
  • Review of Sales and Marketing necessary
  • Any responsibilities and duties as deemed necessary

Other position requirements:

  • Valid Passport and Driver’s license
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility: possibility of long hours, nights or weekends

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing role, preferred
  • Experience with US-FDA Q7A and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements, preferred
  • Experience with appropriate computer programs, preferred (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or
  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years Sales Experience
